At Iris Sanda Beauty & Wellness, we are committed to providing every client with exceptional service, personalised care, and a relaxing salon experience. To ensure appointments run smoothly and that we can accommodate all clients fairly, we kindly ask that you take a few moments to read the following salon policies.
As a private, appointment-only salon, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are cancelled at short notice, missed without notice, or rescheduled too late, it is often not possible to offer that appointment to another client. These policies help us protect our time while ensuring every client receives the highest level of care and attention.
By booking an appointment with Iris Beauty Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined below.
Salon Policies - Bookings, Cancellations & Consultations
Booking Appointments
Appointments at Iris Sanda Beauty & Wellness are available by advance booking only. As we operate as a private, appointment-only salon, we kindly ask clients to book their chosen treatment in advance to ensure availability.
When making a booking, please ensure that all information provided is accurate and that you have selected the correct treatment. If you are unsure which treatment is most suitable for you, we recommend booking a consultation or contacting us before making your appointment.
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. By completing your booking, you agree to our salon policies, including our Booking Fee/Deposit, Cancellation, Late Arrival and No-Show policies.
Booking Fee/Deposit
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment cost is required at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, Iris Beauty Studio reserves the right to cancel the appointment and release the time slot for other clients.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment using one of our accepted payment methods.
Please note that booking fees/deposits are non-refundable. Where sufficient notice is provided, we may allow the booking fee/deposit to be transferred to a rescheduled appointment in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend, the booking fee/deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and plans can change. However, to ensure fairness to both our team and other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes.

Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit paid will be forfeited. A new deposit may be required before any future appointment can be booked or confirmed.
Appointment confirmations and reminder notifications may be sent via email and/or text message as a courtesy. However, clients remain responsible for remembering their scheduled appointment and providing the required 48 hours’ notice should they need to cancel or reschedule.

We kindly ask that you respond promptly to any confirmation requests, as this helps us manage our appointment schedule efficiently and provide the best possible service to all clients.
Arriving Late for Your Appointment
To ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that you arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time for registration, consultation where required, and preparation for your treatment.
We understand that unforeseen delays can occasionally occur and will always endeavour to accommodate late arrivals wherever possible. However, in order to minimise disruption to other clients and maintain our appointment schedule, this may not always be feasible.
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to ensure subsequent appointments are not affected. In certain circumstances, where there is insufficient time to complete the treatment safely and effectively, the appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Any applicable booking fee/deposit may be forfeited, and a new booking fee/deposit may be required to secure another appointment.
No Shows
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing the required notice, your booking fee/deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Repeated missed appointments or no-shows may result in a requirement for full payment at the time of booking to secure any future appointments. Iris Beauty Studio also reserves the right to decline future bookings where repeated failures to attend appointments have occurred.
This policy helps us protect valuable appointment time and ensures fairness to both our team and other clients wishing to book appointments.
Consultations
Consultations are an important part of ensuring that the treatment you receive is suitable for your individual needs and concerns. Certain treatments may require a consultation before an appointment can be confirmed or treatment can take place.
During your consultation, we may discuss your treatment goals, relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, previous treatments, and any other information necessary to determine the most appropriate treatment for you. We kindly ask that all information provided is complete and accurate.
Following your consultation, Iris Sanda Beauty & Wellness reserves the right to recommend an alternative treatment, postpone treatment, or decline to proceed where we believe a treatment may not be suitable or safe for you. This decision will always be made with your wellbeing and safety in mind.
Health & Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent medical treatments at the time of booking. If there are any changes to your health or medication before your appointment, please let us know prior to treatment. In some cases, medical clearance may be required before treatment can proceed.

While all treatments are carried out with the highest level of care and professionalism, results may vary between individuals.
