Our Personal Skincare Shopper service makes the process simpler by helping you source and purchase professionally recommended products suited to your skincare needs. Following your skin consultation, you can choose to have your recommended skincare products sourced and ordered on your behalf. We'll identify suitable products, compare purchasing options and coordinate your order, helping you save time and avoid unnecessary skincare purchases. *What's included:* • Personalised skincare product selection based on your consultation • Product and ingredient suitability review • Sourcing from reputable skincare retailers and suppliers • Purchasing coordination • Delivery arrangements • Clear breakdown of product costs and service fees before ordering *Pricing:* A 20% sourcing fee applies to the product subtotal, subject to a minimum service fee of £15. Product purchases and delivery charges are billed separately. Your skincare, professionally selected and conveniently sourced.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, social media, or directly with our team. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking deposit. A new deposit may be required before a future appointment can be confirmed. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or, where necessary, a forfeited appointment.
