Each Iris Skin Edit is individually curated following your skin consultation and may include a tailored selection of cleansers, targeted treatments, serums, moisturisers, SPF and other skincare products suited to your skin’s needs.

Your Skin Edit will also include a personalised skincare routine to help you understand which products to use, when to use them and how they fit into your everyday routine.

Because every Skin Edit is personalised, the exact products, brands and number of items included will vary from person to person.

Your journey begins with a skin consultation, where Iris will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and understand your skincare goals.

Step 2: Your Personalised Selection

Following your consultation, Iris will carefully select professional and trusted skincare products suited specifically to your skin’s needs.

Step 3: Your Skin Edit Is Prepared

Your chosen products will be beautifully prepared together with your personalised skincare routine, helping you understand what to use, when to use it and how to incorporate each product into your routine.

Step 4: Continue Your Skin Journey

Follow your personalised routine consistently and contact Iris if you need further guidance or advice as your skin progresses.

Preparation & Dispatch

Each Iris Skin Edit is individually curated following your skin consultation. Please allow time for Iris to carefully select and prepare the products best suited to your skin’s needs.

Once your personalised Skin Edit has been prepared, your order will be dispatched. You will receive confirmation when your order is on its way.

Delivery & Tracking

Once dispatched, please allow additional time for delivery. Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be provided by email.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

This avoids promising 1–3 business days, because we don’t actually know how long Iris will need to source and prepare each person’s products yet.

Due to the personalised nature of The Iris Skin Edit, returns or exchanges cannot normally be accepted once your personalised skincare selection has been prepared or the products have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seals removed.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info.irisbeautystudio@gmail.com with your order details and, where applicable, photographs of the item and packaging.

Where a return is accepted, please do not send any products back until we have provided return instructions. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
